PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Welcome to the Casual Ambience Three-bedroom townhome, located in the gated and upscale residential community of Gold Coast Aruba. This two-level vacation rental is just about 55 steps from one of the community's three resort pool areas. Also, ideally situated only a few minutes' drive from the pristine waters of Arashi Beach, Boca Catalina, and Tres Trapi in the Malmok area, well known for excellent snorkeling experiences.
Out back, the patio is all about relaxation, with seating, lounging, and a BBQ grill. A big shady tree and greenery make it a cozy spot to kick back, hang out, and soak up Aruba's year-round sunshine.
The main level:
- Direct access to the private back patio, a relaxing and cozy outdoor area.
- Fully equipped open kitchen with a breakfast table for 4.
- Kitchen includes standard appliances: refrigerator, freezer, electric stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, toaster, kettle, and drip coffee maker.

- Shared second full bathroom with a shower (for the second and third bedrooms).
For your comfort, the property is equipped with air conditioning, a code-lock safe, free Wi-Fi, hot water, and one parking space directly in front (with additional parking available just around the corner). For your entertainment, the property includes streaming devices, simply sign in with your personal account credentials to access your favorite services. Beach towels, chairs, and a cooler are also provided for your beach outings. This property accommodates up to 8 guests in 3 beds plus a sofa bed. For added convenience, we highly recommend renting a car during your stay at this vacation rental.
THE RESORT
Gold Coast Aruba is a gated resort community in Malmok, Noord, offering upscale condos, townhouses, and villas that combine a premium experience with local charm.
The resort clubhouse features a fitness room, a large pool overlooking Malmok and the hotel district, two tennis courts, and the Salina Local Cuisine Restaurant, which serves all-day meals. Two additional pool areas offer palapas, lounge chairs, and outdoor kitchens with BBQ grills. Communal grills require a reservation and cleaning fee, while many units also include private grills.
Nearby, Tierra del Sol Golf Course provides a scenic 18-hole championship course experience shaped by Aruba's natural landscape.
THE BEACHES
Beautiful beaches in the Malmok area-known for excellent snorkeling-such as Tres Trapi, Boca Catalina, and Arashi Beach, are just a few minutes' drive away. The vibrant Palm Beach area, with its casinos, water sports, shopping, dining, beach bars, leisure activities, and nightlife, is less than a 10-minute drive. Other popular beaches, including Eagle Beach and Hadicurari Beach, are also nearby, making this a true beach paradise vacation.
